Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Australia-Wide Shipping

We offer two delivery options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping – FREE
    Estimated delivery: 1–6 weeks after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping – $10 flat rate
    Estimated delivery: 1–3 weeks after dispatch.

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, holidays, or high demand periods).

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Delays & Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived after 6 weeks, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with our shipping partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
